Concept
A semi-public infrastructure building for a Flemish water company, with a full renovation of approximately 825 m² during which critical installations had to remain protected. The client's name is not disclosed for privacy reasons.
The challenge on this project lay not in the design, but in the execution: how do you carry out a far-reaching full renovation around installations that must remain operational and protected at all times? That demanded a tightly managed tender and execution file, precise detailing, and a schedule that left no room for surprises on site.
